Born from a vision to serve Oklahoma City’s vibrant marketing community, MARCON has rapidly evolved into the region’s premier marketing conference. Founded in 2022 by Matt Farley in partnership with AMAOKC, our mission was clear: create a meaningful, impactful conference that brings together the brightest minds in marketing, advertising, PR, and creative communications.

Our Journey

What started as an ambitious idea in the summer of 2021 quickly became a testament to OKC’s thriving marketing ecosystem. Our inaugural events in 2022 and 2023 at the historic Will Rogers Theatre were complete sellouts, showcasing the immense appetite for high-quality marketing education and networking in our community.

Moving Up in the World

As demand grew, so did our vision. In 2024, MARCON made its landmark move to the prestigious Omni Oklahoma City Hotel and Convention Center, expanding our capacity to welcome 350 passionate marketers and over 20 industry-leading vendors. This move wasn’t just about growth – it was about creating an environment where meaningful connections flourish and innovation thrives.
