About the Speaker

Clint Williams has spent his career inside creative businesses, not from one seat, but from all of them.

He started as a designer, then moved into account management, sales, operations, leadership, and ownership. He helped grow an agency doing strong, respected work. From the outside, things looked stable. Inside, pressure kept building. Pricing felt uncertain. Sales felt uneven. Decisions stacked up. Burnout showed up quietly.

Those lessons came the hard way. Through mistakes. Through missed signals. Through trying to do great work inside a business that was not built to support the people running it.
