Sarah Williams Nash is the Client Technology Senior Manager in the Salesforce practice at Baker Tilly. In this role, Sarah has the opportunity to collaborate with clients to implement both integrated marketing platforms and best practice constituent engagement practices which maximize donor engagement and contribution levels. After many implementations across a variety of constituent demographics, Sarah is excited to share not just the positive takeaways, but the hard lessons learned along the way.
